Error while trying to load Windows Update Page

Every time I try to access Windows Update by use the Start-menu link I get
the following error:

I am running the Dutch Windows XP version.
[Foutnummer: 0x8DDD0002]

The explanation states I am not a administrator on my machine. However I am
the Sole user and have therefore all administrative rigths. Can anybody help
me?
