Error in Windows live messenger when contacting mobile device

Hi,

I have been getting the following error for the last 48 hours when
attempting to contact someones mobile device. Anyone have any ideas? I used
it before and had no problems.

This message was not sent because Mobile Messaging is temporarily
unavailable. Please try again later.

Here is the version I have installed:

Version 8.0 [Build 8.0.0812.00]
