ERROR: You Must be Logged in To Access this page

Hi people,
After i do the Windows Update for W2k, when i try to access may WEMAIL
it return :ERROR You must be logged in to access this page"
What i do and not solve :
- low security in Privacy
- permission to cookie in pc.
- change my time-zone (tip by SM-USER list)
- i dont have firewall/proxy connection
- no Ware and no spybots
- the server of webmail is ok, itÂ´s only in my machine.

Please Help Me
