Error0x8024400D SOAP E Client Unable to Update

Hello There,

When I try to update I receive 0x8024400D Error.

I have obtained the following information but don't know it means &
therefore what to do.

SOAP means Simple Object Access Protocol I am told.

" SUS E PT SOAP CLIENT" & "SOAP E CLIENT The message was malformed or
incomplete. No reason to try again unless problem fixed."

Can any one please give me some further advice. Thanks to those who suppkied
the above info.
