Errorcode: 0xE0434F4D, .Net Framework 1.1 failed to install

Hi,
My Panda-Antivirus is warning me again for a weakness in my system. So I try
to update and it seems it's a .Net Framework that has to be improved. When I
look at my software it seems that version of the framework is already
installed.
I've done that a few months ago to have an application running.
