errors after sp2 installed

After I reboot or when I open up IE I will get the errors "Invalid WinSock
startup Code" and "Unable to Hook Process". Anyone to a fix to this.

To add I think it has something to do with my "bitzip accelerater" . If
anyone could help I would appreciate it greatly.
