Errors before the opening MSN.

Recently had a Computer problem and for no reasons I had been asked to
reintall Norton AntiVirus. Then my com sorta had flashing digits and
words during the restart. After it I had Problems with MSN whenever i
want to use it.I reinstalled MSN few times already, yet, tis problem
exist.
