Errors Checking Mail

I have 8 accounts set up and keep getting an error on only one of them when
automatic checking of ALL accounts for new messages. But, when I check this
account itself for mail under send/receive it works fine, so it's configured
correctly. Is this some kind of bug? There are no details in the error
message. Thanks!

Hi, Leonard.

That's a well-known bug in the last several builds of WLM. The fix is easy:
Just be sure that NONE of your newsgroup account properties is set to
"Include this account when checking for new messages". Yes, I know it's
counter-intuitive, but that's what it takes to fix the problem.

Glad to see my back?! ;^}

Well, I've never been completely away. As you've seen in my posts in
another forum, I've had a month of trauma that started with a bad BIOS
flash, but I've claimed success and been back on the air briefly several
times in that month, only to be disappointed again. But I THINK that the
problem is fixed for good now and all I have to do is play catch-up for a
few days.

You've been busy with help in several newsgroups and mailing lists. Dunno
how you find the time, but we are all grateful for that!

Thanks RC, like Leonard I was getting false error message. One of my 4
accounts was checked against "Include this account, .. etc"
It's now unchecked and seems to be ok now.
