when i chased down my errors i got this * activation of
c:\docume-1\owner\mydocu-1\applic-.evt resulted in + exception reading
manifest from file:///c:/docume-1/owner/mydocu-1applic-1.evt: the manifest
may not be valid or the file could not be opened.+ data at the root level is
invalid.line 1 position 1.
