Errors with Windows Update

Hey everyone,

I can't seem to update any Windows components with Windows or Microsoft
update. I get this message, "The website has encountered a problem and cannot
display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might
help you solve the problem."

And I can't update the definitions on Windows Defender - I get "0x80072f78".

Can anyone help?
