Errror C00D1199 - Cannot play file

Can sometime tell me where I can download codec needed to play DVD files on
Windows Media Player 10. I use to be able to play this movie, but I had my
computer serviced and now I cannot play file. I am on Windows XP Home
Editiion. I had downloaded a codec package before but cannot remember where I
found it. Thanks
