What does subject error message mean?

I started getting this error message on booting after my ISP provided
anti-virus software went beserk. Not only can I not access the security
suite (furnished by cox.net) but I now get this message. Other than the
suite's not loading, I haven't had any other problems in doing what I want to
do.

I am using a Toshibia Satellite and Windows Vista Home Basic.

Uninstall and reinstall your ISPs security software.

I had previously uninstalled and reinstalled the software, to no avail. I
tried it one more time and the problem remained. So, I restored the system
to an earlier date when I knew all was working correctly and then installed
the security suite. The same message appears.

My ISP, unfortunately, has not been able to resolve the problem either.

Thanks for your help; if anyone else has an idea, please let me know. In
the meantime, I'm going to download a "free" anti-virus program.

That would have been my next suggestion.
