Essential Business Server management server .net updates failed

I continue to get failure messages from the update manager when trying to
update the Microsoft .NET 3.5 service pack 1 and .NET framework family update
(KB951847 x64)

What I get is a failure message which is not very helpful. Error(s) found:
Code 80070643 Windows Update encountered and unknown error.

Running on Win2008 Hyper-v

This may or may be why I'm having problems with the Security Server
installation.

Bear that's a unique to EBS issue.

I think your issue with the security server is due to a time issue. If
you are in hyperV make sure it's not time sync'ing to the server.
