event 11708 on update office 2003 pro

since july any problem, but the las13 setpt. i cannot update my office
(http://office.microsoft.com/it-it/of...e/default.aspx). My event is

use the list tool (any results)
update manually,running the update exe( event 8 source crytp32)

Any suggestions?
