I did a search for this, but nothing popped. So, if there is another thread,
just let me know.

I am getting this error, and am uncertain about how to get rid of it. Any
help would be appreciated.

Windows Vista Home Ed. 3
physical memory: 3GB
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4GHz, 2400 MHz, 4 Cores, 4 logical processors
nVidia GeForce 8600 GT
Creative SB Audigy 2 (WDM)
"""
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60
WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage
> 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error

0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem
is corrected.

"""

Thank you
