Event ID 16 WSUS 3RC

I occasionally receive a Event ID 16 on my clients (wsus unavailable).
Do anyone know, if this is a known problem.

Mostly everything is working. So it is not a big issue, but it is annoying
that I do not know, why it is coming.

Will the client receive an event ID 16, if the WSUS is busy? And how much
load can it handle (have 115 server clients at the moment, ant is going to
add 1400 xp clients soon)
