Event ID 1904 HHCTRL in Event Manager

Whenever I open any help topic I get about 20 instances of the above
mentioned error in Event Manager. I have all updates installed including
Rollup 2 and am running Media Center 2005 and Office 2003 Standard. From
previous searches it seems that the error involves a Microsoft service pak
and Office 2003. I have not been able to find a fix though.

Does anyone know how I go about fixing this problem? I have reinstalled a
number of times and still have it.
