Event ID 20. Failed to install updates

Everytime someone in my company tries to install updates from SUS they
recieve the following error

Event ID 20

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update:

The error then gives a listing of updates that failed to install.

Users can download the updates from the server with no problem, but
installing them always fails. Please help
