I have several client machines (all behind an SBS2003) that suffer from not
being able to download updates. They always get this error (0x8007045A).
Some of the clients have no problems updating, btw.

I see a LOT of threads here with people unsuccessfully trying different
suggestions. I too am unable to rectify the problem using the suggested
fixes as well.

I have also submitted the problem to MS support center and got the "we are
busy with SP2" courtesy response.

If anyone finally figures this out, please post!
