Everyone having problems with update

I was having problems downloading updates everything was freezing up on me. I
made a call and was advised to remove all cookies, temp internet files and
run Webroot Spy Sweeper to remove spyware.
This solved all my problems.
I hope this messaage helps.

Agree with the cookies and temp files but not with removal of Spy Sweeper.

Read the original message again. It's says run Spy Sweeper, not remove
it.
