Ex-employee lost Uninstall button

My ex fiddled with the computer and when I select a program the Uninstall
button does not appear. Not all the Programs show up also. Thanks for any
help.

Somehow your programs have become disassociated from their uninstaller
programs. You can uninstall these programs manually with the help of Windows
Installer CleanUp Utility, or you can let Smarty Uninstaller do it for you.
After a thorough uninstall, you can redownload and reinstall any programs you
choose to. Details in this tutorial.

I've encountered the same problems as earlier described here, and I
subsequently installed "Smarty Uninstaller". After running "Smarty" it does
not locate the programs that I am unable to uninstall via the control panel.
Thanks for any assistance you can rendor in this matter.

Try a deep clean of your Temp files with Wise Disk Cleaner. Then try
uninstalling your program manually with Windows Installer Cleanup Utility
(see the first section in the install/uninstall tutorial). You may want to
review your Repair Vista Options as well. If all else fails, try Wise
Registry Cleaner.

Well this is just a follow up. Nothing has worked. I've tried -
"SmartyUninstaller", "Windows Installer Cleanup Utility", "Wise Disk
cleaner", and nothing has removed the programs from the installed programs
list.
