I duplicate/copy the same tab/ worksheet over, renaming it, many times within
the same workbook. The sheet has close to 30 named cell. I have to
"reconfirm" the each of the 30 cell names for each new sheet each time. this
gets to be a pain.

How can I duplicate/copy multiple sheets without haveing to reconfirm cell
names ??

You want a '3-D reference'

I'll look into this, however, the values in the cells are unique & relate
only to that worksheet, no "link" to other workseets.
