excel viewer 2003 update

Just wondering.......do we all have norton anti-virus installed? and could
this be causing a conflict somewhere?

Hello. My name is Marios Spyrou. I ve downloaded avast antivirus,i usually
check up my pc for viruses. It finds the viruses but am affraid that it
doesn't make them dissapear. I can understand that because my pc has lots of
problems from viruses. I would really wanted to give me an advice about
downloading a good antivirus,because I dont really know what antivirus are
good.

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1

I've cracked it!!!!

Un-installed Excel viewer 2003. Re-installed excel viewer 2003. Then applied
security update. Result - update applied successfully!!!!!!

Just need to wait now and see if same update reminders still keep
re-appearing.
