Exception Processing Message 0xc000013 Parameters 0x760C92A0 0X000

I'm using Windows Mail 6.0.600016386 on Vista and this morning I tried to add
some email to the junk filter only to be confronted with the following
message when I click on "Message" on the top bar:

Exception Processing Message 0xc000013 Parameters 0x760C92A0 0X0000004
0X760c92A0 0x760C92A0

Last night my computer seems to have updated itself as I came to it this
morning and it had rebboted itself saying that it needed to do so to finish
an update.

Any ideas?

were you able to resolve this in the end? I have been getting the same irritating recurring message since yesterday and nothing on the net worked to fix it thus far.

I am running Windows XP SP3. I also have been getting this annoying message
everytime I open an application. I finally had to go into Device Manager and
uninstall all the drives except for the C: drive. I uninstalled both DVD
drives and all the indivdual card reader drives. I did not uninstall any of
the controllers just the drives. Then I shut the computer OFF not just
restart. After I turned the computer back on, it automatically discovered
all the drives and apparently updated the registry with the correct
information. No more Exception Processing Messages!

ox000007fefded77240 - occured when installing hp bluetooth mous
software - had same problem before on another computer - i hav
microsoft intellimouse installed and those two software packages ar
incompatable - the software will not let me uninstall intellimouse 700
laser notebook mouse - on other computer restored to a previous time
this is a new computer and i just installed 31 programs - dont want t
start over - any idea

exception processing message occurs still after uninstalling hp
bluetooth mouse - my computer is a hp - i am getting a similar message
shutting down oxc000005 - i have found the cause for this oxc000005 - hp
has a software package called hp advisor - when my computer boots up hp
care advisor also boots up - when i look at it , itsyas no virus
protection even though i have norton - when i run a security scan the
advisor updates but when i shut it down i get that message oxc000005 -
if i do not open the care advisor i no longer get the message - there is
a communication software problem between norton and the advisor - this
leads me to believe that the boot up message may be related to this
software issue - i think that the message oxc0000013 is related to a
software conflict - even if your computer is a different brand the
software sp1 package for vista 64 bit has a bug in it - so i plan to
stop the advisor from booting up untill i tell it to and see if i can
pinpoint that error to this issue - i will let you know the outcome

i was able to get rid of the error message oxc0000013 by renaming th
drives which carry no media in diskmanagement - no disk oxc0000013 i
looking for a removable disk - by renaming them it has no where to go
more details if needed - bil
