Exception Processing Message (with CD drive)

After opening the CD drive to remove a CD, I consistently get this
message "Exception Processing Message OxcOOOOO13 Parameters Ox7589O23C
Ox9D33598C Ox7589O23C Ox7589O23C"
Can anyone tell me why this appears and how to fix it? It's more of an
annoyance than anything else. And it seems that I haven't done anything
wrong, other than to remove a CD from the CD drive.
Thanks for any advice.
I've tried googling this error code and get no results.

I'm not really sure, but you may want to try going into device manager and
remove the cd-rom drive and let it redetect and install it... Never seen
something like that...
