Windows auto update added 95.4 gigs of files to my hard drive in the last 8
days. I got 21.6 gigs last night, 21.5 gigs yesterday. This cannot be right.
Filled up my 160 gig hard drive to max. Anyone else?

Your recycle bin is probably full. The updates mostly overwrite previous
versions . You should try running cleanmgr, and removing all but the last
restore point.

That's clearly not right as all of SP1 is about 440megs.

How do you know Windows update put all those files there?

To get proper help you should post back with the names of some of the
files. I'd suspect malware

-- I took the suggestion to delete all restore points except the last one,
ran disk clean-up, and emptied the recycle bin. Gained over a hundred gigs of
drive space. Thanks for the advice.
