Exchange 2003 & WSUS

is there any compitability issue between Exchange 2003 and WSUS ?

While we are starting the WSUS concole it gives error in machine.config
file.

I found some issue between share point portal server and WSUS while the
Mobile device update package 5.

same in exchange server that device update package is installed.
