Exchange: Automatically sharing of calenders

Is there a way to automatically share calenders between the members in the
same security group?

No, not natively possible. All Exchange can do is control full mailbox
access.

If you don't think your users can learn to handle sharing/permissions in
their own calendars, check out www.symprex.com - that's the only third party
softwareI know of to centrally manage folder permissions
