Chandler, the best forum for this question is really the SBS newsgroup; but
I've also been curious about the answer, as I have SBS2003 servers as well.
I did a quick scan through the SBS newsgroup for the past three days and found
no indication that there are any issues, and found a couple of successful
installations.
However, as for the Exchange SP1 question, I would suggest installing SBS2003
SP1 (which includes Exchange SP1) before attempting the installation of
Exchange SP2.
