I have Small Business Server 2003. I don't believe there was a SP1 update
because I don't have that option in windows update and I don't see it in
update history.

I do want to update my exchange to the new SP2 so that I can take advantage
of the mailbox size increase to 75 GB.

Windows update doesn't show any new updates are available and I know that
SP1 is needed to install Exchange SP2.

Can someone reply and let me know if I am doing something wrong here. I
don't want to download and install SP2 if it won't work and I can't see if
SP1 was ever installed.

Also because it is MS Small Business Server 2003 and not Server 2003, does
that change whether SP2 applies to my system?

Thanks.

Chandler, the best forum for this question is really the SBS newsgroup; but
I've also been curious about the answer, as I have SBS2003 servers as well.

I did a quick scan through the SBS newsgroup for the past three days and found
no indication that there are any issues, and found a couple of successful
installations.

However, as for the Exchange SP1 question, I would suggest installing SBS2003
SP1 (which includes Exchange SP1) before attempting the installation of
Exchange SP2.
