I have an Windows Mobile 6.1 device syncing with and exchange 2003 server.
When I set up the device to sync with exchange wirelessly i go through the
set up and select contacts, calendar, mail and tasks to synchronize. At the
conclusion of the setup activesync attempts to do an initial sync with the
server. When the sync is complete no tasks have been synchronized. If i go
to the mobile device activesync options, tasks is no longer on the list. I
have deleted and recereated the exchange sync relationship a number of times
and each time the same thing happens, I select it as part of the intial
configuration and then after the first sync it is off the list of options.
Any ideas? Please help.

Hi,
Tasks synchronization was added with Exchange 2007. It does not exist with
Exchange 2003.

See http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/exch...comparison.htm for
details.
