I recently got an email from the Windows Live Mail team and inside it had
this link
http://imagine-windowslive.com/mail/...?locale=en-us#

I can't seem to download the 5 custom emoticons because it says it is
already installed, but I don't see it in my custom emoticons, could anyone
help me out?

Thanks!

Greetings,

As a quick fix, just have one of your contacts grab it and have them send them you the
emoticons in the conversation. Then you can just right-click each and choose Add.

A nasty workaround I realize, but it should work.

I tried using the method below and just got the message that the image was
already in use. Sometimes if i then came out of the system and went back in
again the emoticon had appeared but not always !
