How do I make all newsgroup questions and answers show in a tree type
display ?

I.E. See the question the see all the answers, one after another below it.

That would depend entirely upon the capabilities and feature set of
your news reader application, which you've neglected to divulge. It's
be best for you to ask this question in a newsgroup dedicated to that
particular news reader.
