Expanding the IP range on a DHCP server

I have SBS 2003 SP1. I need more IP addresses so I have recently added more
addresses using the DHCP scope. I don't see any IP addresses being given in
the expanded IP addresses (eg. in the 151..160 range).

Am I doing something wrong? If so, how do I fix it?
