The Experience Index page disappears

Today when i open the "Control Panel > Performance Information and Tools"
There is just a dumb title says "Rate and improve .....",
the body of this page which should be the list of my Experience Index Score
has totally gone.
What's happened?
How can i bring back?

PLEEEEEESE HELP ME !!!!
