experiencing problem # 236

hello there
when i was using the pc, a box suddenly poped up and said my window is
experiencing the problem numbered #236. I then restarted it. The problem is
still here. Now there is nothing in the screen. No icons, No tool bars,
Nothing there.
Wha'ts wrong with it ? anyone knows what's #236 ? Thanksssss
