Explorer address bar

When I type 'w' in the address bar, a number of previous urls show up in a
drop down box. How can I erase those urls premanently?

This link is for IE6 and earlier - is there a similar one for Vista?

I find the fact that folder locations are saved in the address bar history
annoying and would like to disable this so it only shows url's.
