Just like the requirement for x64 drivers is enforced, so to is the
requirement for Explorer extensions. They must be x64, or they won't
work.
They are there, but will only be accessible from a 32-Bit process.
To get the full context menus in both 32-Bit and 64-Bit programs,
you'll need to get a new version of WinZip. WinZip 11.x supports x64
