After SP2 install is done it did work for 3 days. One time my Explorer.exe
crashes, whenever I RIGHT click on a file, I get an error:
[The instruction at "0x017a415b" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program] & I'll
lose all system tray icons. I tried FULL format 2 times, it crashes my
Explorer.EXE again after 2 days with a working SP2. Tried rolling back to
SP1, no problem at all. Install SP2 back on top again, same RIGHT click error
rightaway. But it has no problem when I right click on folders or any system
built-in icons like My Computer or Recycle Bin. It just crashes when I right
click on FILES (eg. image, document, video...)
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Not sure if this will answer your problem, but I have been having the same
issues. I found a thread elsewhere that the problem was with Dr DivX.

I downloaded the new version 1.06 and installed it. As I had purchased the
product, it updated it all and now my right mouse problem as you describe has
gone.

Hope it works as well for you as it did me.
