Hello, I'm getting AppHangB1 errors with explorer.exe (note: not iexplore) on one of my admin user accounts. The problem either occurs when I log in or soon after - explorer.exe just keeps on crashing, no matter how many times I end it and open another explorer.exeBut if I create new accounts or try other admin accounts I get no problems at all when I'm in logged in there. So clearly explorer.exe isn't corrupted since it works in all the other accounts. I've tried logging in with minimal services/startup but the problem still occurs. It doesn't occur in Safe Mode. Also - my desktop image won't crop up when I log into the account. Here's the error: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: AppHangB1 Application Name: Explorer.EXE Application Version: 6.0.6001.18164 Application Timestamp: 4907e242 Hang Signature: 9504 Hang Type: 4 OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 2057 Additional Hang Signature 1: 97af3dbf0d5e3a9f0ebd4d5699c8d2f6 Additional Hang Signature 2: e1f3 Additional Hang Signature 3: 46e2aa4dd862ae6f543f887469cfced5 Additional Hang Signature 4: 97e0 Additional Hang Signature 5: 85050a9e7c552c03918604e0bf30627b Additional Hang Signature 6: f8b3 Additional Hang Signature 7: b3e07ff1413deb80a27d51f602956f01I run Windows Vista Home Premium Edition. I tried searching Microsoft Knowledge Base for this error, but not much help found. I would be grateful for any advice - it's really frustrating not being able to use this account. Thank you all.
