Explorer EXE Help!

Hey guys! I'll get straight to the point. Everytime I put a DVD
burned with video data onto it into my disk drive, and try to view th
disk's contents from "My Computer," the following error ALWAYS comes u
and its really annoying. I need these files for a project and explore
crashes whenever I try to view the files. The details are as follows

NOTE: The problem is with Explorer.exe and not Internet Explore

If you use Check for Solutions, what fault bucket number shows up for that
crash in the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel?

This seems familiar as a codec crash, but I don't recall which codec
offhand.
