Explorer.exe keeps shutting down

I'm sure this is a worm but neither Norton nor SpyBot can locate it and
remove it. When I go online, I immediately get the popup that says internet
explorer has experienced a problem and is shutting down. Whenever I click on
an mpeg, I get a popup that says explorer.exe has encountered a problem and
is shutting down. I can click on a .wmv but not an mpeg. It just started
yesterday while I was online and I got a norton popup that said it blocked an
incoming worm. It may or may not have blocked it, but my problems started at
that moment. I've run both of my virus and spyware programs and neither of
them found anything. Hope somebody has a suggestion. Thanks.

Do a System Restore at a Command Prompt to the day BEFORE this mystery
worm was supposedly blocked. Norton could be the malware in this case.
