Hi there,

Heres my specs:

AMD ATHLON X2 64 4600+
2Gb DDR2 800mhz PNY RAM
Gigabyte S4 SLi Mobo
Radeon X1950 pro gfx
500gb Maxtor SATA drive (Vista Ultimate loaded on , 1 partition) Primary boot!
80gb Seagate IDE drive (Vista Corportate loaded on but never used apart from
music etc.)

It just came out of the blue, possibly after an update on my PC or something
, but when I logged in all I could see was a window opened up in my User
folder. So I navigated from there to my Windows folder and manually clicked
and ran explorer.exe which then caused everything I should expect on the
desktop to appear e.g. ( Taskbar, Sidebar, Icons etc.).
I checked the file to see if it was corrupted and it is not and it is
obviously not deleted either or else I wouldnt be talking to you right now
lol.
I checked msconfig.exe to see if it was blocked but it is not but i cant
find it in there.

Please help me , ok I know its not critical but it is a real nuisance having
to navigate from My Documents to Windows every time I logon just so I can get
my desktop up and running.

Thanks
