Hi Jay,
My suggestion is to try and repair Internet Explorer, you can do this by
following instructions below. By the way this is not the correct Newsgroup
for Internet Explorer issues.
>>> To repair Internet Explorer
1. On your desktop, click the "Start" button, point to " "Control Panel".
2. In "Control Panel", click "Add/Remove Programs". The "Add/Remove
Programs" dialog box appears.
3. Click "Add New Programs" and select "Microsoft Internet Explorer". (Do
not select "Internet Explorer Web Accessories".)
4. Click the "Add" button. You are informed that the program cannot be
uninstalled.
5. Select "Repair Internet Explorer". Your computer repairs the Internet
Explorer program.
