Go here and click the " Check my PC for infection " button :

If the above is not the issue than either there is an issue with
DirectX or IE. Empty all Temporary Internet Files and set the cache
to 10 MB via Internet Options, click the Settings button, and adjust
the cache size.
Advise you to scan the system for unwanted "guests" here :

To test DirectX, click Start, click Run, type dxdiag, and then click
OK .
