Hi,

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to seek help and all that, but I've
given up finding a place to submit bug reports to Microsoft regarding crashes.

The case is simple: I have a directory with favicons which have been saved
during browsing. Now, when I browse these files, deleting the ones I don't
need etc., explorer.exe crashes at each attempt after I've been looking in
the directory for maybe 15-20 seconds. This crash only occurs inside this
specific directory, so it's definitely a corner-case, but yet again: A crash
is a crash, and it should be fixed.

So, can I contact Microsoft in a way that's free? I'll be glad to help you
figure it out.

Thanks in advance,

Espen Andersson

Use the Problem Reports and Solutions tool to report the crash -- what's the
fault bucket information:

?
