Explorer menu bar shifted

Goodafternoon,
I have a strange problem on my Windows Vista :
When I click on a menu bar of any programm (IE7, Explorer, ...) my menus are
shifted (I don't know if it's the good word) on the right, (Edition Menu will
be at the Display place (still same options).
I think it come form my hardware and an update of Windows Vista (before it
wasn't like this. The update was out ~beginning october (not sure).

Anyone can help me to replace when it was like before ?

You may be able to get back to where you were before by doing a System
