New Vista Ultimate clean install, on a new Vista-ready laptop (3.0
experience index).
Just noticed that all Explorer menus are farkled. The File menu opens
under Edit, Edit opens under View, etc.
I'm a good troubleshooter, but I've never seen anything like this
before. And I know other people are experiencing the same problem,
because there are a few unanswered posts on Vista forums around the
Web.
I've tried changing resolution, DPI, themes, and other obvious stuff.
Any suggestions? Anyone ever encounter and fix this?
