Not sure if this is why the Explorer is now refreshing ok.
But, in System form the Control Panel I turned off (unchecked)
'Allow remote assistance connections to this computer' Problem is
I can't duplicate the problem by re-enabling Remote Assistance.
In searching the internet for this I did find the exact symptoms but it
was for Windows XP SP2. I didn't follow up on it 'cause it was for XP.
