Hi Charlie,

You probably have a add-on in Internet Explorer (IE7) that is causing
this. Try doing a Reset for IE7. Make sure IE7 is closed first, then:

1. Open the Control Panel (Classic View)
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Click Advanced tab
4. Click Reset button
5. Click OK

Shawn

does it happen after you open an image or video folder? If it does,
explorer cant get the thumb of the image or video and then it crashes.
check your video codecs downlod new ones if it doesnt work go to the
folder options then check show icons not thumbs button

Is ic3hlpr.dll , ie7pro.dll , is3hks5.dll , or is3hooks.dll on your system?
