Explorer star over when I get in

When I get in my documents folder, explorer send me amessage that explorer of
windows fail, and star over then I try to get in again and its works perfect.
Why Vista has this problem, my computer is A new brand DELL inspiron 1420.

According to the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel, under
View Problem History - what are the details of that crash? Have you Checked
for Solutions with that tool?
